PC Problems - Power Supply or motherboard?
I am looking for help with an annoying PC problem. My PSU test results are:
Purple: 5.02v
Green: 5.00v**

Mate have you checkedinside the PSU or gone over the mobo for obvios signs of overheating? Could even be a dry joint as you say when it strats to heat up ( power on) hte jint wherever it maybe probably the PSU innards it pulls apart - no power.
I'd be just whacking in a decent brand PSU if the do...
