And British/Dutch by holding their ground at Quatre Bras and preventing Ney's Corps to join battle saved Blucher and provided time Prussians to retreat orderly....So British contribution is much more signif...

Thw problem is the Emperor addicted to war at some point. By literally living on battlefields resulted that he was used to feeding constant victory and glory. But at some point his skills as a military commander and best soldiers/marshalls he had were lost.....
