Of course you are are right. The LSX36C has a cutaway. Maybe an LSX36 i.e. without the C. Although Akihiro might have got Yamaha to custom make it to his own requirements.

Although you are clearly good at ragtimey figerpicking this is just very generic stuff and sounds like dozens of other tunes You cannot copyright the C and G chord that the left hand is doing nor the right hand picking style.

When you sing the word 'luxury', instead of staying on the G chord for the full 4 beats, it's G for 2 beats then C for 2 beats before going to the F chord.
