I think its an intrinsic part of being a human to be who you are without apologizing. If you hurt someone then an apology is required, but to say what you think is really important, because if you are not yourself then who are you?
I never quite fitted into any scene. So I made my own. Its better to be yourself than a poor imitation of someone else.There is some good in the worst of us and some evil in the best of us. When we discover this we are less prone to hate our enemies.
