About this user
Hi, my name is Rhonda E Campbell and I am the creator and author of my website http://www.menopausethenatural way.com .
If you are anything like me, you like good health and happiness and enjoy taking control of your own life and wellbeing. Shortly I will tell you how I have achieved this using herbs, homeopathy and natural therapies.
The reason why I started this profile is because my heart goes out to women who are suffering the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause and are wisely afraid of the bad side effects of Hormone Replacement Therapy. I can understand how bad it must feel to get severe hot flushes, mood swings, anger tantrums, uncontrollable weeping, extreme fatigue, body aches, headaches, tingling, itching, irregular periods and the many other symptoms that can accompany perimenopause and menopause.
You dont have to put up with these problems. I can offer natural solutions to women that not only relieve their symptoms but also offer them lifetime knowledge about anti ageing, health and happiness from perimenopause through to menopause, post menopause and beyond. I use a step by step program that guides you through what should be a wonderful phase of life.
I would like to tell you a little about myself first:
There is usually some compelling reason why a person might choose a certain life path and I would like to tell you why I decided to study alternative medicine.
Long before I studied herbs and homeopathy, when I was a kid, I could see that my mum seemed quite powerless with her health because she was always struggling with illness and anxiety. She took so many pills and they had so many side effects. When she was around menopausal age she had constant blinking which was a side effect from one of her anxiety pills.
I suffered seeing my mum in this predicament and decided that I would never follow the same health regime as my mum. My journey was to learn how to love and nurture myself.
I started my work career with formal scientific training and qualified as a Medical Technologist. I worked at several Pathology Laboratories, at CSIRO with Animal Health and Fisheries and Oceanography
After my son was born I read The Natural Health Book and Dorothy Halls Herbal Medicine and it changed my way of thinking. It made so much sense to me that I decided to study Herbal Medicine with the author, Dorothy Hall, and that course was the initiation into a lifelong career.
After studying Herbal Medicine I went on to study Homeopathy and learned and practiced with these medicines in a way that I would never had thought possible.
When my daughter, my second child, was about 18 months old I started practicing Herbal medicine and then Homeopathy. Through the ups and downs in life my herbs and homeopathy have always been my familys and clients helpers to heal and nourish our bodies.
I am the youngest in my family of four girls and my sisters share a common interest in natural healing and health. We are all in various phases of our menopausal years. As I move onward from perimenopasue I am uncovering my unconscious beliefs that once held me back and I am now reinventing myself as a healthier, more resilient women, ready to move joyfully into the second half of my life.
I love natural medicine, herbs, homeopathy, swimming, walking, shopping with my daughter, canyoning with my son, oil painting, art, internet marketing, positive thinking, learning new things, crossword puzzles, being a grandma and enjoying life.
I am very passionate about the way I can help people with natural remedies so I have created this page. I encourage you to check out my website at http://www.menopausethenatural way.com so I can to share my experience with you. If you would like tell me about your story, I would love to read your comments on my blog http://menopausethenaturalway.com/blog/
