Meliza has performed in various events and jazz, blues,and gospel venues in New Jersey, Florida, the Midwest, and California.She placed first in the National Gospel Songwriters Fest which is one among many awards she received throughout the country.She toured with the Solid Rock Singers for two weeks and completed numerous recordings for independent labels such as Mirror Image Records where her latest dance track "Escape" was recently played at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado.One of her favorite memories was performing the National Anthem for the Florida Buccaneers.Meliza has made several appearances in the Bay area including a role as a jazz singer performing an Etta James tune in the upcoming film called "Letters" which will be presented at the San Francisco Film Festival this year.Stay tuned for her upcoming original R&B album.
