if you take life to seriously you are not enjoying the ride.
i have been around water since a baby & most of my summers were in the pool for hours a day. just a very freeing experience for me. i was on the swim team etc but everything was mostly self taught and the breathholding is something again ive been good at since i was young. i can remember holding my breath for 2 mins or longer just for fun when i was 10. some say if i lay at the surface i can go longer than 4mins and 18 seconds... and i have. i just dont have it on tape. yet.
