About Me:
 
I have been battling weight since i had my first child 7 years ago. I maxed out at a whopping 216 lbs. and was not happy at all! I have had 3 kids and my last one was 4 years ago so i lost some of the weight through the years and just got tired of looking in the mirror and seeing what i had to look at. That can be frightening as a women. So 07 and 08 my average weight has been between 165 and 155 so I finally decided to go with a program i saw so many people doing on you tube and didn't see any one failing so i decided to give it a try. P90X the mother of all workouts i would totally recommend to mom's trying to loose the "mommy belly" we all hate it. So I'll keep you updated.

No sugar
No carbs after 4pm
Only water
all natural food ( if you can't read it don't eat it)
no corn syrup or enriched (bleached) flour
don't over stuff yourself eat small meals often

You have a lot of videos and I'm not sure if you have tried it or not, but "Power 90" is the program you're supposed to start out with before P90X.

Power90 came out a few years ago and was made to take the average out of shape person and have them lose fat and tone up. It's a LOT easier than all this other stuff youre trying from the looks of it.

In one of your videos you say how you dont drink green tea because some has something in it. I forget, but anyway find the right green tea then. Green tea is very good for you, especially when you are trying to lose weight. 1300 calories is nothing. I honestly don't see how you can live with that little bit of calories. I have never heard anyone saying no carbs after 4. I think thats load of crap. Almost everything has carbs, so that's like saying starve yourself after 4. The P90 program should have come with a nutrition guide. I have that guide. I can tell you right now it does not say no carbs after 4. I'm not being negative towards you. You've obviously had great results. Just trying to be helpful, sugar is fine as long as you limit it, juice is also good. You can drink more then just water. Obviously just stay away from the pop. Especially diet drinks. Those are the most useless drinks on the planet. Just some of my thoughts about nutritional stuff
