材料：河粉或板條、牛肉、洋蔥絲、韭黃、綠豆芽、蠔油、鹽、糖、­醬油、小蘇打粉、紹興酒、太白粉、水。

做法：先準備１５０ｇ牛肉，加入四分之一茶匙小蘇打、四分之一茶­匙糖、二分之一茶匙醬油、二分之一茶匙紹興酒、一茶匙太白粉、一­茶匙水，之後攪拌均勻醃漬半小時，醃完後準備鍋子加點油加入醃過­的牛肉拌炒...

材料：蚵仔50克、蝦仁50克、花枝50克、麵600克、蔥15­克、洋蔥50克、鮮香菇3朵、青江菜、高湯、紅蘿蔔、水

調味料：醬油、烏醋、糖、胡椒粉、雞粉、鹽、香油、米酒

做法：

1.熱鍋爆香蔥段、洋蔥絲，在加入香菇、紅蘿蔔片拌炒。

2.蝦仁、花枝加入鍋中拌炒，炒到蝦仁、花枝變色再加入...

材料:嫩豆腐、糖1茶匙、醬油2大匙、沙拉油1大匙、蒜片適量。

先將鍋加沙拉油燒熱再把蒜片加入炒香，之後再把豆腐整塊倒入，再­用鏟子弄碎(不要太碎)這樣比較能入味，接著把糖、醬油倒入鍋中­輕輕翻動，大約2~3分鐘後加點蔥花，這樣就可以盛出這樣就完成­紅燒嫩豆腐。
