I am currently a bit of a cult figure within the global poi dancing and fire spinning community, thanks to the popularity of the videos I post on my website, and the support of some loving fans.

I've spent the last several years traveling all over the world, performing, teaching workshops, and engaging with the creative flow. I'm very interested in body and movement arts, communications, culture, the internet, and the potential of human consciousness. Poi dancing is giving me a means of exploring all of this "in the field," so to speak.

I'll be using this channel to share my adventures as I travel the world, playing poi, meeting interesting people, studying with different teachers, making videos, and searching for signs of intelligent life on earth.

I was just recently introduced into the world of poi, and I must say that you are truly an inspirational individual.

Presently, I'm jobless, and spinning with a broken neck as a means of stress relief..But I look forward to being able to let loose, and intend to use your videos to help me achieve that.

thanks to your videos and alot of practice this year i stuck to me poi and ive gotten very good supposedly the best in my area i dont think that but i am the only girl fire spinner here .....anyways i just wanted to thank you for everything you for sharing. i will continue on learning and someday you might see me at a festival or something looking awsome and know i learned it from you.

I would just like to say that your poi tutorials are some of the best I've ever seen. From watching your videos it has inspired me to go and learn how to spin poi and I couldn't see my life without it now. Thank you so much for all that you have done and I can't wait till you make more videos. you are my poi spinning idol

You said in 'The Beautiful Thing About Ashes' that you sometimes get depressed. How can you when so many people learn from you, admire you, and are inspired by you? You make people happy. People that in the most part, have only seen you in videos. So you should be happy. Everyday. Well, not all day everyday but at least think about it everyday, that you help people be better at something, and I'm sure it will make you feel better. You're awesome. Please come to Portugal soon... I'll be waiting for your workshop!!
