About Me:
Some say he has become a bit of a "cult-artist" over the years, because of his rather enigmatic and non-typical "persona" and an ever growing and dedicated fanbase from all over the world.
MeeK is a self taught guitarist, pianist, arranger and producer. He sings in both English and French. His always highly melodic tunes are often conceived around multi-layered vocal harmonies. His lyrics tend to be somewhat surreal, often ironic and full of double-entendre, distorted imageries and words seldom used in pop lyrics...
The Meek Sound is a soft blend of acoustic instruments, sophisticated vocal harmonies and this rather high-pitched and almost childlike voice of his.

MeeK est un auteur compositeur interprète pop franco-britannique dans la mouvance Pop-Rock indie depuis la sortie de son premier album en 2002. Il fait partie des premiers artistes européens à s'être servi d'Internet comme d'un média de diffusion et de promotion et ce bien avant l'arrivée des réseaux sociaux comme MySpace, Facebook ou YouTube.
Certains sur le Net disent qu'il est au fil des années devenu "culte" à cause de son personnage pour le moins énigmatique et un public international de fidèles passionnés.
L'écriture de MeeK privilégie les mélodies et celles-ci se construisent souvent autour d'harmonies vocales et de textes doux-amers voire dérangeants. Son grain de voix particulier allié à un souci mélodique constant font de sa musique un son immédiatement identifiable. Son public fidèle et hétéroclite s'agrandit à chaque sortie d'album, grâce notamment au bouche à oreille généré par le Net qui reste son média de prédilection.
