@aegfilms try disabling vsync if you have that enabled. You'll have a few screen tears now and then but the speed should be normal.

Morrowind was a fantastic game..... my only problem was the way npc's walked.... every time i would see them walk it just made me think something was stuck up their ass.

@sgtsaph The legs and arms aren't part of the c&c pack. They're part of the exoskeleton parts that were released for free some time back. The only parts of this that are from c&c are the head, hands, and feet. I kinda forgot to mention the exoskeleton parts.
