A work in progress.
About Me:
Hometown:
Fort Wayne, IN.
Country:
United States
Occupation:

Companies:

Schools:

Interests:
I approach life as a spiritual quest for self-realization. I'm interested in anything that helps me become more conscious of my connection to a Power greater than myself. I'm not a materialistic person. I prefer to invest in experiences rather than possessions. I enjoy the arts, particularly theatre and symphonic music, but really anything performed live turns me on. I enjoy and follow sports, but I'm not a fanatic about it. I love to travel the world exploring nature, culture, art, and history. I love gardening, canoeing, kayaking, camping, life-long learning, and designing and building stuff that I need.
Movies:
The Shawshank Redemption, Brick, Dave, Me and You and Everyone We Know, You Can Count On Me, The Red Violin, O Brother Where Art Thou, The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension, Garden State, Ridicule, The Harmonists, Life is Beautiful, Dances With Wolves, Rushmore, Dogma, Pieces of April, The Green Mile, Saving Private Ryan, and many more. Favorite TV shows include Kung Fu, Star Trek, Breaking Bad, Deadwood, Six Feet Under, The Sopranos, John From Cincinnati, Rescue Me, College Football, PBS, Documentary, History and Science shows.
Music:
Favorites include Maurice Ravel, Claude Debussy, Ralph Vaughan-Williams, Gustav Holst, Nickolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Motown, Led Zeppelin, Kansas, Todd Rundgren, Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Shawn Colvin, Jonatha Brooke, Al Green, Cindy Morgan, Astor Piazzolla, The Beatles, The Eagles, Marc Broussard, Bluegrass... I think there's good and bad music produced by every generation, and in every country of the world. I go to the library on a regular basis just to check out things I've never heard, variety being the spice and all.
Books:
The Hero With a Thousand Faces, The Autobiography of a Yogi, The Third Eye, My Experiences Preceding Ten Thousand Burials, The Frontiersmen, Longitudes and Latitudes, The Yogas and Other Works, Where the Red Fern Grows.

Thank-you very much - being clear and concise was one of my goals. I've kept cilantro that way for 2 to 3 years with no ill effects. It does become less flavorful over time though. Remember to use it near the end of the cooking process. If you put it in too early the flavor will cook away. Also, you will inevitably be adding the flavor of olive oil to whatever you're cooking because of the way the cilantro is preserved. I like olive oil, but it might be cool to experiment with other oils... I would have replied sooner, but my internet service has been down for a couple of weeks. Good Luck!
