I am currently a student at Kaplan University --BS (Bachelor of Science) -- Psychology -- ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) ~ I am a passionate advocate toward empowerment of victims/survivors of domestic abuse/violence, intimate partner violence, child abuse, neglect and molestation survivors, natural disaster victims/survivors, etc. I volunteered with the Domestic Abuse Helpline for Men & Women as a Volunteer Training Coordinator and Public Relations Manager from 2010 through 2011. My current passion is volunteering for The Venus Project (http://www.thevenusproject.com/). I hope to spread the potential to implement the ideologies of The Venus Project through social networking and writing.

I am a member of several organizations at Kaplan University including Kaplan University Psychology Club, Kaplan University Opportunities with Life Studies (OWLS) Club, Kaplan University Honors Program, Kaplan University Educator's Club -- Newsletter Editor, Association of Non-Traditional Students in Higher Education (ANTSHE), Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society (ABK), and Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
My goals are to pursue a Master of Science in Psychology at Kaplan University after graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013. Eventually, I hope to acquire a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD.) in Psychology and continue my efforts in advocating for domestic abuse victims/survivors.
