Yeah I started playing in April this year. Completely self taught, but I'm progressing. So far, I have an Epiphone Les Paul, Dean Vendetta, and a Dean V. Thinking about getting a Paul Stanley Silvertone Apocalypse for Christmas.
So do you still collect? I stopped earlier this year and I'm focusing more on playing guitar now.
The Envy's pretty good; they're the first band to sign to Gene's record label. The Academy Is... is a crappy emo band. KISS probably spent a lot of $$$ with Buckcherry last year, I guess they decided to go cheap.
BTW: KISS will be playing more Sonic Boom songs and other songs from their whole career, not just Alive and Destroyer tunes.
You plan on seeing KISS again this summer? They come to Cleveland Sept. 12.
