John can only tell us why he plays at this level - if he even knows. A lot more goes into a band besides chemistry. There's a lot of drudgery, logistics, egos, etc. Enjoy this present version of RHCP, enjoy John's solo efforts...I think he'll be back soon enough. These guys are very special toge...
