MDG Tools is a small tool company based in Menlo Park, California that manufactures and distributes the Magnogrip tool wristband.

MDG Tools was founded by Andre Woolery who invented the Magnogrip to solve the frustration of losing nails and screws in the middle of a project. Founded in his college dormitory while he was a graduate student at Stanford University, MDG Tools has evolved from its humble bootstrapped beginnings into a company that is focused on developing innovative products for do-it yourselfers and professional tradesmen.
