Yeah. thats the 2.2 5sfe. its not the gt4. i have a celica st185 convertible and it never was available in 3sgte from factory. apparenly it can be done. but this guy didnt do it. its just the plain 5sfe (still a good engine ,just not very powerful )

@biba2u the acura is better. the new celicas suck. the quality really dropped and they will never be classics such as the celica all track. I have an old celica and love it. but i would buy a honda before an toyota since toyota changed there standards

Great car, i have a celica 1993 convertible wich i will be droppin a 3sgte soon. but next time try to race a porsche side to side, and the other drvier actually racin, not just gettin annoyed.

i had the same sound in my wifes 5sfe camry. now the radiator gets bublles and engine oil is full of coolant. i guess it overheated and she drove around thinkin it could wait. now i need to put my spare engine from my 5sfe celica... such a shame a port and polished engine in an old camry

There were 2 nice celicas. these models and the 1990- 1993. since then, there gettin uglier and cheaper. the new 2000 celica. what a piece of shit. thisone is sooo nice, which i was in the 70's

next time try racing against a celica gt4. the 2.2L was the economical engine. the 2.0T would win... easy. but the 240z is a great car too :) love em both.

the old celicas were much better built. gt celica is slow and gts engine needs rehaul a 200k... what happened to toyota ??

Use syntec and never rev it over 2500 rpm until egine is at least half warm. where are ya anyways ? i would love to live in warm wheather like that all year long, mines convertible so i can only put...
