Always write complete "Subhan Wa Ta'Ala", I have heard from scholars that its not appropriate to abbreviate these terms. Similarly, always write complete "Peace Be Upon Him" while writing name of Prophet Mohammad(Peace Be Upon Him) as its not appropriate to short Darood as "PBUH" or "SAW".
