Bio of Jonathan Mayorov

At the age of 3 ½, Jonathan showed a great interest in the piano.
At age 4 he had his first recital, and by the age of 8 performed publicly in
different establishments collecting funds for Food Banks.
When Jonathan was 11yrs old, he competed in one of the Kiwanis
competitions performing the first movement of Beethoven's Moonlight
Sonata, and finished in second place. At age 12, Jonathan performed light
listening music weekly at the London Delta Armouries. In 2003 Jonathan, held his own Christmas Concert in Gunnery Ball Room; performing at the London Delta Armouries, playing the piano, violin, trumpet, and where Jonathan sang for his first time, (Danny Boy.) All proceeds where donated to his favourite charity "The Daily Bread"; located at St. Paul's Cathedral in London. The next year Jonathan joined a 24 hr Radio Station, Spirit Radio volunteering playing Christmas Music.
In 2005-2007 Jonathan competed at the Elvis Festival in Collingwood
Ontario, holding second place singing, as a youth finalist.
Jonathan has completed grade 10 piano from The Royal Conservatory of
Music. During his spare time he sings and plays piano the for seniors in
many retirement homes, throughout London and surrounding areas.
In the past Jonathan been performing at churches, special events, and
performed at the London Hilton during holidays and other functions.
In September 2009, Jonathan, became a music student, at the Don Wright
Faculty of Music, at the University of Western Ontario. He is now continuing his education in vocal, and piano performance.
