the ladies voices are fine but the guys are soo amateurish....as if we have a group of sopranos and tenors...soloists who can't blend in.

quite nice....to know that there are still people here who still appreciates John Rutter's choral music... would love to hear a christmas concert with music by David Wilcocks and Rutter....

syafinaz is indeed a very good singer but her wide publicity is probably due to her being Malay. There are many local classical singers who are better than her like Tan Soo Suan or cecilia yap. We are talking here is about the amount of coverage she got over the rest of the talent who are not sho...

very rough...the voices are too forced and pitching was out sometimes...the dynamics are somewhat weird..

:) a good effort although the church choir technique is rather apparent here. The great wall of sound, too much of opera-like voices in the interpretation. This is a Broadway medley. Needs a more contemporary vocals. A bit too heavy I guess. Otherwise, pitching-wise is okay.

expression do carry some weight here but the bulk of the marks goes to pitching while in harmony, musicianship as well as intonation and diction. All the rest are just pure gimmicks.

I wonder why the conductor is standing so far back from the choir? This is not choral speaking.

I'll see ballet over Beiber anytime...why see entertainment junk food rather than see perfection in human performance...

It's interesting to note that there are just so many ways to arrange Tanah Pusaka. The harmonies are not up to par and a bit odd at times. and yes..sopranos were too pitchy..

this is quite good...even their relatively young age....

to be fair, it was a reasonable attempt although the conductor could at least use more help with her conducting.
