@1982FMJ the whole idea that raw egg is dangerous is pretty unfounded. i've heard the likelihood of getting salmonella from egg is about 1/20,000, and i think if the eggs are free range it's even lower. in many other countries raw egg is very common in restaurant food, especially in japan.
