	Borderline Personality Disorder - Then and now Well it looks like we have even more in common! I want to do videos about BPD too. You did a great job of going through the criteria. It's such a personal thing to admit to identity problems and relationship problems due to a 'personality disorder' - it's such a stigma but lots of people do understand. I'm quite stable cos I've been on my own for 3 years but it still effects my relationship with my mum - a lot. I'm glad you made this vid - I feel closer to you now. Hugs. Max. (21 hours ago)
	Anxiety Fits Yeah, anxiety can be crippling. You also start to wonder if you really like other people and maybe the point is you really don't like yourself (talking generally about people who suffer with social phobia like myself). (2 days ago)

	Foul Mood I relate to your mood here and the memory/thinking problems. I guess once you've been taking sleeping pills for a while they just stop working - that would be my worry. We need decent sleep and it's so hard to get that. Good luck with it. (3 days ago)
	Leave Me Alone (ProteanView) I recommend you read Elaine Aron's book The Highly Sensitive Person. I'm reading the workbook that goes with it at the moment. It's another way to see shyness or introversion in a positive light. Hadn't heard of ambiversion but of course we all change and I've been very extroverted at times but that could be put down to mania, not sure. Great video! (4 days ago)
