This is what happens when gay video directors got into Hollywood and tried to take men like Billy Squier and portray them as sex dolls for gay fantasies.

As cheesy as this film is, it does at least accomplish the basic stuff an action movie should. Characters have clear motives, a sympathetic protagonist, information is revealed over time and there is that satisfying sense of justice when the bad guys are killed in the end.
