@mrjellow Bos's problem is he has hardly any speed endurance. He has an explosive kick but can only maintain it for about 75 yards.

@BlkJag08 The queen is head of state and I suppose the face of britain to the world. Although constitutionally they have little power the prime minister does I believe meet with queen once a week to discuss policies so she probably can exert some influence.

This was almost like the kind of game I have against engines. You think you may have some crude attacking chances but against accurate defense they come to nothing and you just get crushed.

I think that this game demonstrates that gambits are very effective provided they're followed up correctly which is the problem for grandmasters especially when playing against an engine. Also I think this shows the benefit of engines having no fear and just playing objectively good moves because...

It's actually stupid to compare liston to tyson. Liston was actually a good technical boxer not a come- forward marauder like tyson. The problem was that ali was taller and fasterand could outjab him. Just a stylistic nightmare for liston IMO.

@mic259 Lacy was like Tyson in that he was about intimidation and like tyson after buster douglas after this fight lacy's aura was gone, people weren't intimidated by him and he wasn't the same fighter.

sean you say Qd5 was a mistake but what is petrosian supposed to do anything else seems to be a forced mate in less than 5 moves.

@blagi333 I also wonder what version of fritz sean was using for this video though because he says f5 is a blunder by nikolic but my fritz 12 gives it as the best move.

At 11.20 my fritz 12 gives Bh3 as by far the best defence. it's still losing at 4.5 on evaluation but anything else is resignable at over +14 after Rfe5. Presumably black knew this though and was just hoping for an awful blunder.
