Laughing at "written by Jessie McDaniel". This is a cover for the most part ("Give It Up" by Kool & the Gang). It's funky though and this appropriation wasn't that unusual at that time. The original is one K&G's meanest tracks so it's good someone covered it.

C'mon people. This arrangement is really sketchy. They should have eschewed the MJ classic and just applied the ideas to a new song that fit better. Vocally and musically, the group has a nice sound, I just find this very unappealing and unnecessary.
