I am an experienced Manager with a dynamic personality and unmatched work ethic. Well-versed in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles, I bring with me the skills and tools needed to lead a company into a successful future state.

As I was fortunate to work for several years under an excellent mentor I find great satisfaction in passing the same lessons Ive learned on to up and coming leaders and managers. One goal of mine is to leave an indelible impression on everyone who works with/for me and for them to walk away stronger than they were before we met. I stay in touch with several former employees and I take great pride in their stories of success and words of gratitude.

Though the majority of my experience has been in wood products, I am a firm believer that the rules and tools for effective manufacturing are universal.
