Matt has been involved in NLP since 1998, gaining his trainers qualification in 2003 he founded The Birmingham NLP Training Academy, the city's 1st dedicated NLP training organisation. In 2007, he began expanding country wide and re-branded as Matt Caulfield Training and Consultancy, he now carries out NLP based trainings around the country, specifically in Birmingham and the midlands, Cardiff and South Wales, Brighton (in conjunction with Isis Centre Training), and soon Cornwall.

He also runs a successful private therapy and coaching practice where he helps people make positive changes such as stopping smoking, losing weight, destroying phobias and fears, improving sports performance, etc.
