THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS COMMENTED! I obviously love the waters of South Florida and since moving down here just about a year ago I have been alarmed by some of environmentally unsafe practices that are taking place right under the noses of the mostly apathetic, ignorant, or misinformed public.
