And isn't every language a "made up language." English is just a mix of French (originally Latin) and Anglo Saxon. And who made those up? Just a few old guys. All language is arbitrary and the language that Bethesda made is just as meaningful as any other.

Ok, let's say Lucy is a Templar. Why then did she save Desmond at the end of the first game and help him escape in the second? Abstergo had Desmond right where they wanted him in their laboratory. There is no reason for Lucy to pretend anything.
