Can you imagine what kind of precedent it would set if, after confirmed voting fraud, they either said "Well, what can we do now? It's too late to do it again, so everyone stays in office. Hopefully it will work next time?" Or assigned some sort of "Commission," or "Committee" to decide?

I've been wondering how long Hawking would be able to skate by on his unique situation (tragic or inspiring as it may be). Everything I hear him say is tainted the way people treat him. This may be unavoidable, but it doesn't exempt one from having their work critically appraised.
