I noticed that your clock only runs 28 fps due to component failure and noise. If you vacuum filled the area with argon you will reduce the high frequency whine by a lot. Just make sure your back panel is thicker than your front panel to keep viberation from transfering to the wall. Like water it will take the path of least resistance. You can reduce it more by using a better fan (with better barings) and making sure it is balanced perfectly.
