Hi, I just got a female Budgie I named "Bella". She's sweet and so very calm considering. She was not tame yet allowed me on the FIRST day to rub her belly as she sat in her cage (perched). Since then, 2 weeks now, I put my hand in the cage a couple times a day at least and she allows me to feed...

Males have BLUE ceres, no exceptions. A female can slightly vary between brownish/ beige but a male is always Blue, period. The ONLY time it may be other than blue is when it is young....but by the time it is about 7months, it will have it's permenant cere color....enjoy!

If you really think this is real, I want to talk with you because you must surely be a blast to talk to. I know all these bodybuilders and no, thats not their real bodys...they are actually much , much bigger.
