amilia i have a question for you..i just went for a seminar on gastric bypass and my next step is to see do the mental health assessement..and i dont want to say the wrong thing,,,do you have any advice on what to say or not to say...thanks

I am glad you are doing so well. What vitamins do you take at this two year point? I was told by my doctor that thinning hair and hair loss comes from vitamin deficiency or mineral deficiency.

I just found your channel today and find it so very helpful and even entertaining (you made me lol a few times). I'm having my weight loss surgery consultation next week and it seems like everyday since I made the decision to do it I am scared as hell and excited at the same time.
