you cannot repair damage hair completly, you have to cut them to get new hair, that's the only thing to do, or see your hairdresser for profesionnal product to make them healthier, drugstore stuff make them look helthier but don't make them healthier...

@ColdPassion anyway, bleach or not, it stop works after 1 hour because of the oxydation but it's better to let the pink like you did for several hours to get a nice pigmented color :)
