Mary is accredited in a number of behavioural psychology models and psychometrics which are integrated into her coaching work, including Belbin Team Role profiling, Insights profiling, Baron EQ and she is a Master NLP practitioner. Mary is also a qualified Supervisor of Coaches with the University of Sussex.
