How about Larry Carlton, Lee Ritenour, Eric Johnson, Pat Metheny, Walter Brecker, Russ Freeman..there is a whole genre that is left out. There is no way in hell you can pick a hundred let alone ten. There is no best only incredible talent that enriches all of our lives. Enjoy.

My favorite album of theirs is The Good Earth. The album came with an application for a deed of one square foot of land on top of a mountain. It's a little hard to find the cd.

No Rush, ELP, ELO, Kansas, Manfred Mann (try The Good Earth)?....The list can go on forever.

It's amazing how much Dream Theater has influenced so many bands. You can hear them in every song.

What a great band. What a below average singer. I can't stand James he sings with too much vibrato and slurs one word into the other. Geoff Tate should have sung with Dream Theater.

Talented but too repetitious.

There are way too many great solo's from great guitar players to pick out just ten and there can't be an order too many different styles. By the way Page is a great player but also one of the slopiest live. Constantly misses notes.
