My name is Marsha Friedman and I am CEO of Event Management Services, Inc (EMSI), which is a national public relations firm. Launched in 1990, my firm represents corporations and experts in a wide array of fields such as business, health and fitness, food and beverage, travel and lifestyle, politics, technology, finance, law, sports and entertainment. Some of the more prominent names on our client roster are Teamster President Jimmy Hoffa Jr., Sergeant's Pet Care Products, Former National Security Advisor Robert McFarlane and the famous Motown Group, the Temptations. I consult individuals and businesses on a daily basis and am frequently asked to speak at conferences about how to harness the power of publicity.

Outside of the office, I can be heard every week on the nationally syndicated talk radio show "Today's Family" where the issues modern families face are discussed. Alongside my co-hosts, we have enjoyed interviewing family experts as well as celebrities such as Ed Begley Jr,Vicki Lawrence, Augusten Burroughs, Denise Jackson, Janine Turner and Rose Rock.

Additionally, I have been giving back to the community that has served me. As a mother of three and a grandmother who also is raising one of her grandchildren, I am the founder of a non-profit organization called Cherish the Children Foundation. In 1996 the White House recognized our charity which sets out to raise awareness of the plight of underprivileged and foster children.
