We would like to invite you all to find out more about our organization Plan Angel.

We have applied our efforts in four directions to best help people in distress. By joining hands and setting up an umbrella organization, we are able to help people even better.

Luis Carlos Vogels has a unique approach to adoption. He endeavours to clarify to the world that children today are still adopted without the right papers or incomplete documentation. Essential information concerning the origin of the adopted person goes missing. It is very important for most adopted children to know who their biological family are. He aims to highlight that the importance or proper documentation using files complete files as examples. His ultimate goal is to set up a process which will not allow any adoption to go through until all the data required is available and recorded.

Marcia Engel has set up Adoption Angels Network. She knows very well what it is like to be adopted as a child. Just like many people she did everything she could to find her biological parents. She succeeded, although the only reason is because a good friend helped out financially. Marcia would like to help adopted people who are looking for their biological parents. By using an Adoption Registration System (ARS) she will create a database of names of the adopted people as well as the names of the mothers and families abroad who had lost their child by adoption.

Yajaira is working on Plan Real. During an internship of four-and-a-half month and three weeks of vacation in Colombia, she was touched by the poignant problems of the population there. The people often dont know what rights they have and there is little room for education. With her project, Yajaira wants to create awareness amongst people about their rights. Plan Real wants to offer people a place where they can go whenever they need help. Plan Real also works closely with other running projects in various districts of Colombia. People can be referred to the right place where they will receive the right help.

There is also Plan Care. This is a corporation without a pecuniary reward which is aimed at people in distress. The main purpose of Plan Care is offering specialized combined help in the field of welfare. People who need help will receive the aid they require. However, their problem often is the consequence of another problem. This way the source will never be dealt with and thus these people will eventually sink deeper.

In the last few months, the number of people coming to us for help has increased.

Plan Angel now forms a united front where all facets of adoption and welfare come together as one. Since Plan Angel is not an adoption organization, its will take on projects not only to do with the rights of a child in the future, but also, for everyone who is in distress and needs help in whichever form possible.

Plan Angel will grow to become much bigger as it aims to be an international concept within the non-profit industry. The main reason for this is that Plan Angel will operate on a local level. In the Netherlands there is no further organisation which offers any recognised after -care to someone who is adopted. This level of care doesnt exist at present. Plan Angel is able to offer comprehensive care with of rights education.. With one place to address all the above mentioned issues, it wont be necessary to step up to different organisations for separate problem.
