Most diets fail because you eat less than a schoolgirl and the food tastes like shit. A normal lunch for most people is fast food. Something like this. Fuck this shit. This ain't a happy meal, its diabetes in a bun. 1000 calories of death.
Lets get sexy. So no more burgers, fries or coke. What are you left with? Nothing. Mistake #1. Instead of eliminating we need to substitute.
So you think, what's healthy? Well Oprah tells me to eat chicken breasts, so I'll eat chicken! But chicken is bland, chewy and dont taste like bacon. That's mistake #2 thinking eating healthy means you eat cardboard.
Fact. Healthy food tastes better than processed food if you know how to cook. Buy your broke ass a book or google a tasty recipe. Women love a good cook.
This is a big sad plate with a tiny ass chicken breast. You are going to get hungry right quick. That's mistake #3. Eating less. Instead you should eat a lot more.
More good stuff. Take that chicken breast, chop it up with some onions, carrots, broccoli, bok choy, seasonings and sauces, and make magic.
God Damn that looks good. And there is a lot of it. A WHOLE LOT OF IT. Now you are eating twice the amount of food, but are consuming half the calories. Am I blowing your fucking mind yet?
Good. Diets fail because we eat too little and eat food that tastes like shit. We need to replace bad stuff with good food, eat a lot more good food, and add some damn flavour. Now your diet won't fail. You are welcome.

you can't use Mg for di glitter as it does not have the same effect.
i would say to you try a dry batch say 5 grams with dark Al and if you get a good glitter with the dry batch then it should be good to go
