It's very simple really... I love music!! :-) My three favorite singers are Steve Perry, formerly of Journey, and Mark Lindsay, formerly of Paul Revere and the Raiders. But I love all kinds of music... the 60s and 70s hold a special place in my heart. But my love of music encompasses many different styles/genres. Of late I've learned I also have a passion for Christian music. There can be "empty moments" in one's life that this music can help fill that void. In the meantime, I can listen to Do Wop, switch to Aerosmith and then on to Josh Groban in the blink of an eye, moving on to Rod Stewart or Toby Keith.

Above I mentioned "three" favorite singers, the third one being Mick Giovanni (mdaviatx here on YouTube). He's predominantly a cover singer of Steve Perry's songs, but he's an outstanding singer, either singing Steve's music or "being himself." So if you've read this far and like Steve Perry, I can't recommend strongly enough that you give a listen to Mick so you can hear the similarity yourself. Every one of his songs gets Ten Stars from me. :-)

"Music has charms to soothe the savage breast." So whatever your preference, Be Good to Yourself and enjoy life... I know I do!! :-)
