I really do have to apologize to every non civil war reenactor out there for this, Please for the love of God dont think were all like this guy, most reenactors are awesome people that love history and would do anything to make sure they dont end up like this

@coloneljones21 actually thats not true, Clone troopers will and have refused to follow orders if they feel the order is wrong or will get alot of clones killed, some Advanced Recon troopers even had enough free will to join the rebellion

Secession was inexcusable. The breakup of the Union, probably one of the most democratic governments in existence at that point would be a great shame on civilization and free government and would turned a united country into small states fighting amongst each other like Europe

the Civil War is tragic but the Union and the constitution needed to be defended, so many brave men made sacrifices for the flag and how much are they remembered? On veterans day how much time do you take to think of a civil war veteran?

its awesome do you realize how few countries changed the world? Even more so without the force of arms but with force of words. Even if the sun one day sets on the United States, if were destroyed or forgotten our ideals of liberty and self government will live to haunt tyrants in their sleep
