About BBQ Pilgrim
Exploring the "Heart and Art of Barbecue in America" by combining the story-telling traditions of Documentary Photography and Oral History to capture and share the huge variety of ways that people approach Barbecue throughout the country.
I am not attempting to judge or rate different barbecues, or even trying to define what "real" barbecue is. Using still photography and sound recording I hope to give viewers a sense of the passion these people have for barbecue and tell their stories using photographs and their own voices.
