@CroZz12pm Technical lethwei is different with MT. It is in small for unkown eye details. Lethwei fighters spend a great deal of time with harden the body. But MT fighters also harden body. It is mostly in the mind because lethwei fighters must fight to make a living.

@AyesThatsme I do it with 15kg dumbells on a rope in the teeth. On top i have a rubber cover over the robe for a good grip. You can do much more weight as long as you lock it very good. And as long as put it between the hook theeth. I practise burmese lethwei by the way.................... Ther...

maung soe try to counter more the kicks with punching and knuckle strikes. Then you can contineu with headbutts or knee.... Block his punches with your upper head...

Try to grap more kicks to bring him down.... it is typical lethwei style :)
