I began my raw journey in the summer of 2009 and decided to take a very low key approach to incorporating raw foods in my diet. I started with a green drink in the morning and that evolved into preparing complex raw recipes.
That further evolved into easy to prepare recipes that include cooked food. I'm not a raw food purist, but I respect others who have made the decision to eat only raw food. For me a balance can only be achieved if you maintain an open mind. Be open, be curious and the rest will follow.
I am currently living in Denver for the summer but my home is with my partner Milo in Vancouver.
