Roll-Kraft is a full service provider of top quality spare parts and expert reconditioning/rebuild services. Whether you prefer to do your own mill maintenance or leave it to us, the task is made easier and quicker because of our modular, interchangeable and most of all rugged design features. All of our services are tailored to meet your individual requirements, and include;
Complete mill rebuilds: A complete mill rebuild includes all or a combination of disassembly and inspection, cleaning, painting, rebuilding and/or replacement of forming stands, accessories, drive components, electrical arrangements, re-assembly, and testing.
Forming stand rebuilds: Many customers have preferred to dismount their forming stands themselves and send them to us for rebuild. Also consider that if you have an extra stand, your mill can stay in production while each forming stand is sent one at a time to us for rebuild.
Spindle Reconditioning: If you send your roll spindles to Roll-Kraft, we will grind them to correct any distortions, chrome them, and then regrind to restore dimension accuracy.
And Not Just Ardcor Mills: We frequently make parts for and have rebuilt/reconfigured hundreds of non-Ardcor mills and presses. Count on us!
We carry a typical stock in excess of 1,000 parts, both Ardcor and OEM for ALL mills.
Our large facility houses both design and manufacturing capabilities for both high end and economy mills.
With an average rebuild costing fractions of a new mill, you need knowledgeable professionals to rebuild your mill for maximum operating efficiency. Our technicians are experienced in operating and maintaining mills and view the rebuilding process both from an operator and maintenance perspective.
There are other options available from Ardcor that are quick/change features incorporated into your rebuild for faster changeovers. Single point adjustment for the driven stands aid in faster setups.
