The Manzanar Committee is a non-profit organization that has sponsored the annual Manzanar Pilgrimage since 1969, along with other educational programs, and has played a key role in the establishment and continued development of the Manzanar National Historic Site.

My family was in Manzanar during the war. Most of my family are now passed but there is a stone left in the Manzanar site that has my uncle's name in scripted and was featured in the "Parade" newspaper many years ago. He was also pictured in a book I discovered call Manzanar. This part of history should never be forgotten and never repeated again. Thank you
