I saw your comment on Joanna Lauren's version of, "Into the West", she def has the voice and control to handle this song and a lot more. I think she would be beyond superb if she were not recording in a regular room with a computer instead of a studio. I read she is only 19 and recording these in her room in front of a computer. Based on the lack of a professional producer and equipment I personally think this video home performance demonstrates the girl is exceptional. Imagine her with a real producer and real studio - I'm willing to bet they'd change the presentation and the sound system - and we would all be fans for life!

Saw your comment on Vaughan Williams 5th and would highly recommend John Barbirolli's 1962 recording, which is still available on CD though not yet posted on youtube. (Actually, any Barbirolli versions of VW are excellent.) It's just, well, luminous comes to mind.

Hi, saw your comment on Tolkien's short interview regarding 'The Hobbit', I share your love of his works, also it's nice to see someone near my age on You Tube, I was beginning to think I was the only "oldie" who is a young at heart.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to view Annie's Chopin Nocturne Op. 72. No.1 and leaving your insight comments which is very good point for us to think. Annie and I greatly appreciate them.
Best wishes,
Janet (Annie's mother), greeting from Canada
