Thanks, Rob! You've always been supportive of me since the beginning. I appreciate all of your efforts on my behalf; you and FruitarianSwimster are practically the only two people I have been bouncing ideas off of as to how to improve my health. Clearly, there is a need for animal products AND plant products. I do not think I would be experiencing such an enormous amount of success without the inclusion of both. First and foremost, listen to your own body and don't listen to anyone else if you already in good health. If you are experiencing poor health and looking for consolation, I am always here to offer my own opinion and send you to others who have given me advice.

I saw your previous comment stating "they" are bastards and care about their opinion. I found this quite offensive and actually tried to help panther before on his health that he refused and deleted on his channel. He attacked me as a person in response, ignored many facts that were outspoken by myself. Honestly, I actually do care about people's health and well being :) I enjoy reaching out to people who question my diet or are curious about it, because how else am I to spread the word? I love all people, but may disagree with unneccesary and counterproductive choices they make. Please, refering to anyone as a "bastard" is out of question not an intelligent comment. I honestly dear god have high respect to all humans and nature. I hope you understand, FS
