I'm honestly really hesitant to respond to his little video because I have no desire to take part in his little "E-War". I'll probably end up addressing my fans with a response because I keep getting messaged about it, but one of the things I can't stress enough is that I don't care if people like him. Cobain didn't have the tenacity of Albini or the composure of Harrison, but he had his own unique take on Alternative Rock. Simple melodies and basic chord riffs were just half the story. You'd think his songs would've been written by the nineties, but no, he did well to write an excellent catalogue of music. There are many gems of Nirvana's that are pure genius, that you haven't come across yet.

You've now entered into the fight to prove Michael wrong. Take heed and show him you know best.

I think Kurt Cobain is a great guitarist, super underrated as far as technical prowness goes. Ever even listend to Bleach? Or Ever listend to all of Nirvana's B-sides? White Lace and Strange is a damn amazing song when it comes to Kurt's guitar skills. There are other songs too that show Kurt's amazing guitar skills. People just think of Nevermind, with the power chord poppy sound.

He is right though about the amount of sales an album achieves or whatever rank it gets in Rolling Stone doesn't give that album or that band any particular merit. It's just proof that other people like it. Ultimately, it's what you think. And I think Nirvana were a great band.
